What's the Catch? There is no catch. Our
concept is people helping people. By working together, we can achieve greater
success than trying to go it alone. Back to Top
What Am I Required to Do in Return?
You receive links by giving links. You are required to give links to others
in the program. You will always receive as many links in as you give out.
How
Will I Know If I Am Really Receiving Links From the Program? Every time
new partners link to you or old partners update their site and link to you, you
will receive an email informing you of the updates. It will include a list of
all the sites linking to yours. You will receive a handful of links and your
first update notice as soon as you are accepted into the program, and then you
will continue to receive additional links and updates gradually over time.

Why is it Bad
to Receive a Lot of Links All at One Time? This Could be viewed as a
form of spamming to the search engines. It is not natural for you to receive
many links in a short period of time. This is something that can actually result
in getting your site blacklisted from the search engines. Google is really
cracking down and raising its standards for the way they return results. We are
working hard to keep up with these changes and pass this information on to you.

Why Do You Offer This
Program for Free?
There are many paid services out there, but a free
program just makes better sense. Even the paid programs require you to
give links back, so why not just work together and see good things
happen? This program was created as a resource for the home-based family
business, but all sites are welcomed to join as long as they are clean
and free of sexual content, profanity, or anything that we deem
inappropriate or harmful.

Why Do You Have Specific Guidelines for the Way My Website Is
Structured?
Since quality search engines such as Google are constantly becoming
increasingly more stringent in order to produce relevant search results,
we want to make sure that we are doing everything we can to assure the
usefulness and quality of this program. We want to make certain that we
are giving you the most benefit from this program and all your efforts
are not in vain. We do not require much, and chances are your site may
be just fine the way it is, but there are a few mistakes that are
commonly made that can harm your site. These mistakes can be fixed
easily and quickly.
These simple things will not only
help the people you are linking to, but it will help make your entire
site stronger as well. Keep in mind that all the sites linking to you
will also be following these same guidelines.
Here is a quick checklist of our
simple guidelines and why we have them:
-
Do not name your
Links page "Links" - Links to sites that are placed
on pages titled "links" are starting to be disregarded and even penalized in
the search engines. Search engines are starting to look for more and more
things that could indicate that links are just being given as strategy to
increase pagerank. Google places so much relevance on links coming in to
your website because each link is like a vote that says, "Check out this
great site!" This is why search engines are starting to penalize reciprocal
linking. It is considered a method of tricking the search engines. This is
the purpose for one way links. But what if all your one way links are coming
in from pages that are titled "links" or have the word "link" in the title?
This is
starting to become a huge factor that will impact your site in a negative
way. Instead, name your Links page something like "Friendly
Resources," "Commercial Sites," "Advertising Pages," or "Sponsors." The
possibilities are endless; just be sure not to include the word
"links" in the title. Read more about one way
linking here. Back to Top
-
Link the page
containing your outbound links to your homepage - The search engines
usually do not index pages that are floating. Floating pages are not linked
to other pages. If the search engines do not index the page where you place
your links, then the people you link to will not receive credit. In
addition, it is harmful to your site to have floating pages. It makes your
site seem broken and not well structured. Linking to the homepage is the
best way to assure the page will be indexed. It is also a good idea to link
to your other pages from your page that you will be placing outbound links
on. At the very least, make sure you link your page to your sitemap and
place a link back from your sitemap.
-
Do not have more than
25 outbound links on the page where you will be placing other member's links
- Pagerank is divided between the outgoing links on any given page. For
example, if your link is placed on a page that has a pagerank of 4,
theoretically, your pagerank would increase to 4. However, if there are many
other outbound links on the page, the credit given begins to decrease. With
only 25 other outbound links or less, you should still be able to receive
the optimal amount of credit.
And that's it! Remember, all
the sites your links will be placed on will be following these same guidelines
so you will receive the maximum benefit from your link campaign.

I Don't Want My Visitors
Seeing My Links Page. How Can I Hide it Without Being Penalized for Spamming and
Still Create a Strong Page While Staying Compliant with the Program?
Place a copyright notice at the bottom of your homepage if you don't already
have one, and link the copyright symbol (©)
or one of the letters in the word "copyright" to your links page. This will
allow your links page to be linked to your homepage without your visitors easily
finding it. Back to Top
If This Program Works So
Well, Why Don't You Show Any Pagerank in Google's Toolbar? Good
question! Our program is still a bit new, but even though we may not make
Google's bar glow green just yet, Google definitely recognizes our one way
links. Below are our keyword phrases and where we rank in Google's search
results. Search for yourself, but just the fact that you are here is proof that
you found us and isn't that what it's all about?
Our Keyword Phrases &
Google Rankings:
One way links free - page 1
Free one way links - page 2
Free one way links for your
family site or business - #1!
It's not really about
pagerank according to that little green bar as much as it is about being found
in the search. Its better to rank high in the search for your keywords or phrase
than it is to have that pretty little green bar glowing. Although, the two do
kind of go hand and hand. Achieve one and the other is usually sure to follow.
Since we are already ranking so well in the search, it is only a matter of time
before the little bar lights up. Back to Top
What
If I Want to Leave
the Program? Will I Lose the Links I already Have If I Quit Updating My Site?
As long as you do not remove the links that you have already given,
you will never lose the links that you have already been given. Even if
you quit updating your site, and you never add any more links, you will
not lose the links you already have; you will just not receive more.
Beware of subscription based programs where you pay yearly or monthly
fees. You will be stuck paying for life or you will lose all your links
when you cancel your subscription. Losing many links at once would be
devastating to any website.

Approximately, How Many
Times a Year Do I Have to Update My Site? Two to three times per year.
Other paid programs will have you updating your sites nearly on a monthly basis.
We found this to be too time consuming and tedious. By organizing our program in
a more efficient and structured manner, we are able to achieve more in less time
with less work on you. Back to Top
